Having mucus detected in my stool report
Hi I have been having severe constipation , tenderness and pain in lower abdomen for past 15 days ...The pain reduces when I pass my bowels ..and increases post meals ... I had got a stool test done and CBC ... While my CBC is normal , but my stool test is showing presence of some mucus ..what's does it mean ? Do I need to take some other medicines ..right now I am taking prebiotics and raciper plus before meals . Have also attached my blood and stool report .

[ ] Hi, for constipation kindly Take plenty of salads with lunch and dinner. Increase intake of water. Avoid bread(maida items).Try Issabgol Husk powder. Take Flax seeds, fry it in a pan without oil, then put it in a mixi, make powder and you can take 1 teaspoon with jaggery morning and night after meal Feel free to ask any further quary.
