And I think because of these tablets I am having my periods on time

Livogen Z contains Iron, Folic acid and Zinc. CCM is a calcium supplement. These are supplements and they are not mandatory for you. Your periods will be regular after you stop them. These wont cause any problems in your marital life, dont worry!
