Having huge Hairfall

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Im facing hairfall, i was using amway santiq serum and hair,skin and nail, cherry iron tablets, initially it seemed, it worked and hair fall reduces, but then after a month it seems not working.. Any suggestions? Seeing Batra homeo will help?
