Having fever from yesterday
Yesterday I had 102 fever and I took paracetamol 650 mg and then the fever dropped to 99. But now from the morning again having 101-102. Apart from fever, everything seems to be okay. Kindly suggest.

Please take Dolo 650 twice daily for five days. Take Cifram one tablet twice daily for five days. You can take RTPCR test and send your report.
