You can start making friends and start up with talking to 1 friend and be comfortable and slowly once a week you can start going with that one friend who can help you introduce with others but take your own time.
Next Steps
It is ok at times but to relax yourself you can indulge into your hobbies to divert yourself.

Its common in your age to feel such set backs
They are temporary. Your aim there is to study rest try tp socialize with everyone you meet or see around.
Be warm and also take initiative thats how you can make new friends
its just a phase it will pass
Occupy yourself with things you like and are also your priority
All the best
