Since few days Caz of seasonal change am having could and bit of cold- flowing nose. There is sound in cough but no belgum for now.

Nothing to worry as of now. You can start taking Steam inhalation twice daily and also gargle with salt water for next one week. If fever occurs or any change in cough or production of sputum, kindly consult a physician near you for further management. For running nose you may take any Anti-histamine tablet once at night.
