Having constipation problem

I have constipation problem.motion is not happening properly.whenever i m taking kayam Chooran then only motion is coming properly.please help

Start taking high fibre containg foods.Also you can add papaya fruit in your diet.drink plenty of water. Dont take medication unneccarily.
