Having brown circular patches on body

Hello Sir/Mam, My husband is having brown circular patches on everywhere on the body and the patches are growing in number day by day, although there is no itching or pain in the patches. He consulted a doctor and doctor advised him for biopsy. The next appointment is too late. Could you please help us know what It may be as we are really worried. Please find the attached image.
