See if you are taking some anti inflammatory  pain killers, iron containing medicines like Autrin or Livogen. Stop it. If you are a diagnosed case of peptic ulcer or oesophagial varices (less likelyfor you) then it could be due to gastric bleed causing Malaena. Consult a gatro enterologist if possible to pin point the cause.
