Having a pain in external acoustic outer

Having a pain in outer ear near external acoustic part. It's nearly about 2days now and getting a feel it has increased. I feel the pain while eating food or opening the mouth. Can u please tell me the cause and the medication i need to take. Is this a matter of concern? Thanks in advance.
