Excessive wax deposit in ear causing a blockage. Last time I went to a doctor to get me ear cleaned was on 2014 when he advised me to not to clean the wax as it is a natural process amd the wax will automaticaly come out when full.

Your doctor is right. However, if you feel that ear has blocked again, meet him again and get yourself examined again. Sometimes your eustachian tubes may get blocked giving rise to identical symptoms, but totally different treatment. So, either way, your doctor knows best! Trust him to do the needful.
