1. Any history of abdominal pain or discomfort.
2. You got any blood test done recently ?.
Next Steps
Get some investigations done -
1. CBC.
2. KFT.
3. SERUM ELECTROLYTES WITH SERUM CALCIUM.
4. SERUM VIT D3 LEVEL.
In mean time start these medications -
1. Tab. shelkal 500mg once a day.
2. Leg elevation to be done.
3. Tab cetrizine 10mg once at bed time.
4. Tab lasilactone 50mg half tab once a day.
5. Review with reports.
