Hello madam... I understand your concern and feeling towards your health conditions and I appreciate that....you will require investigations like ECG, echo, TMT, x ray knee etc...and detailed history and examination by cardiologist, physician,orthopedic surgeon... Consult nearest medical college hospital or multispeciality hospital they will do the needful.
