Have mucus since one month without cough

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have tested typhoid one month ago,And now i have thin mucus without cough (from typhoid days). And also fever is at 97.5 at some time in a day.and no any pain in my body , except fatigue, Please guide which taste is necessary.and symptoms of what Thanks
