I heard a big crack in my foot after my run last week and I think I sprained the side on my foot, it was quite sore to walk on, the pain kept fading in and out which was strange. It's now been a week and it feels mostly better but yesterday I crossed my legs and felt a horrible pain (worse than my sprain) it was at the side of my ankle near the back of my foot, and it still hurts when I move a certain way. I also went on a run yesterday and I think that's made my sprain go worse.
