Have fever and backache since yesterday,
Also had runny nose yesterday,which is now stopped,fever since last night about 101F dropped down after combiflam in the morning. And now again showing 101+.
No throat problems, when should I see a doctor,or can I take one more combiflam.

Hi,
As currently there are lots of case of viral fever dengue etc and flu is coming. My advice would be to avoid combiflam.
Take paracetamol 500mg thrice daily. Tepid sponging in case of high fever, plenty of fluids.
Get few investigations done. Complete blood count, Dengue NS1 antigen, and malaria antigen test.
A detailed history may help in guiding you better.
