Have a skin infection

Asked for Male, 62 Years

My dad has skin infection and going under treatment for last 5months but there is still no healing of the infection. We have done all the possible tests color Doppler and tests for vasculitis but all tests have been negative with God's grace. Just want to go for a second opinion. hv also done biopsy but negative again.
