Gud evening Madam, As your problem is an auto immune disorder, you need to improve your lifestyles as well as your daily dietary patterns. Can you send me your recent thyroid profile test and share me your present status of body weight. Next steps: You can do daily therapeutic yoga(matsyasana, sarvangasana, halasana and setubandasana, bhujangasana) specially for hypothyroidism and practice pranayama to improve your metabolism( surya bedhana, anuloma viloma, kapala bhati, bhramari). Do warm salt water gargling twice in a day as this can improve thyroid function. Wrap the throat with warm throat pack for 30 mins in the night before sleeping. Reduce your body weight if u r obese. Avoid all the cruciferous family foods. Limit intake of coffee, sugar and high carbs.

Hashimoto's disease is an autoimmune disease where the main problem is with the immune system attacking the thyroid gland and it's one of the most common cause of hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism is a clinical condition in which the thyroid gland is not releasing sufficient T3(tri iodothyronine) and T4 (thyroxine).
Next Steps
The first line of treatment protocol in Hashimoto's disease would be addressing the Immune system and strengthening it. Traditional Chinese Medicine and a whole plant based diet would be the best combination along with yoga therapy, pranayama and meditation. Improvement in Gut health would assist strongly in improving one's immune system.
Health Tips
Helpful tips would be working on the stress levels and focussing on the a whole plant based diet along with TCM treatments. Everybody is under stress, you are not away from that. Right? the best way to overcome it is analysing the problem, trying to find a solution for the same. Ignore the negative thoughts rather than magnifying it. Regular yoga classes nearby.
