Has been vomitting
She has been vomiting for more than 10 times on Friday and was admitted in hospital. After tat her appitate has lost she is not eating properly. Her intake is very low now. She gets very big burp with even less food intake. Her motions are normal.
Is this mean still the infection is inside stomach?

The problem appears to be of gastritis. It is usually accompanied by sour vomiting and stomach pain. Kids post infection do not eat well. Start syrup Ranyas 5ml empty stomach in the morning and in the evening for 7 days at least. Try including curd rice in her diet as it helps soothe the stomach
