Harsh pimple rashes on 2 weeks old baby
Hello Doctor,
Please find pic of the harsh boils which has come on my 2 weeks old baby. We thought this was diaper rashes which were in fee numbers. But one night it automatically grew causing infection types. We applied coconut oil, baby diaper rashes ointment, but no luck. We stopped wearing diaper to our daughter. since then these wounds are drying. Can you please advice as she drinks mothers milk sufficiely, sleeps around 18 to 20 hours a day and no fever. Her mother had no symptoms of fever or any specific food heat in the body.

Stop applying oil. Wash all clothing of the baby in hot water. Handle the child only after hands are washed properly and nails are trimmed.
