Hi... These suicidal ideations and impulses to harm loved one's are out of your frustration to deal with your condition. 1. What is it that you have repressed long? 2. What is troubling your mind and challenging the       very spirit of your existence? 3. What was that you always wanted to be, but       couldn't becomes? No matter how strange an outward expression (symptoms) of a human suffering may appear, the root is alway very humane. Yes, you can come out of this condition, but the path to recovery is not an easy one. It will take time but you will certainly get out of this condition. The only thing is that you have to follow the treatment protocol (therapy and/or medication) strictly.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist for Counselling and Psychiatrist for Suicidal Ideations.
