Hardness of left testicle
I have consulted a urologist and after examining physically, he has told me that it's a small epididymal cyst, which currently requires no treatment. He also told me that no usg is required. If in future the cyst grows in size then it will be surgically removed. I wanted to have a second opinion.

Most epididymal cyst won't require surgery unless it's large and gives you trouble. Many of us don't operate till the patient completes his family.  Keep following the advice, go for review periodically, that's all required
