Hard time getting over past relationship
I had a breakup about 9 months ago. I am still finding it hard to get over the person. I get anxiety attacks at times and my overall performance has gone down. How can I deal with it ?

Hi I understand it is difficult to move on from a breakup. The breakup is making you feel anxious. It will be good if you don’t put too much pressure on yourself. You can talk about the breakup with a psychologist. A psychologist will guide you on how you can feel calm and gradually move on.

Hi... Such issues require simple Counselling. You need to find a therapist/psychologist and start taking Counselling Sessions on Weekly basis. You will recover with 3-4 months into Therapy/Counselling.
