Hard stools
My baby is 6 month 10 days old. She is on formula feed and also feeding cerelac rice. She is passing very hard stools in small small portions like balls and crying a lot while pooping..sometime she is try to poop but not come for 2 days onwards...plz help

Give water to drink.
Give banana/ green leafy vegetables
Start rice / ragi/ sooji porridge
Give vegetables and fruits puree
