It all started 1 year ago, i live in United States
I use tissues to clean my bump. After several months anal itching started and itching stopped after months. From last 15days my poop appearance and consistency changed and bleeding from anal after poop. Its like fresh blood not dark colored. Kindly explain this condition. Is this a serious problem?

You may have possiblity of hemorrhoids(piles) or fissure in anal canal. Usually hemorrhoids will lead to fresh blood
