Hard stool constipation
My two year old daughter struggling to pass stool. Last time she passed stool two days ago. Stool passed was very hard and kid faced lot of hard work before passing the stool.

Add dietary fibres in her diet and give toilet training. Add laxatives if unresponsive to dietary modifications.

If abdomen is soft then u can use glycerine suppossitory stat then Syp.Lactulose 5ml twice a day for 2-3 days and 5mlbonce daily for next a week

It's a vicious cycle of hard stool, pain and then child facing difficulty and having bad experience. This cycle continues. V need to break this cycle by multiple measures like dietary changes and medications for 2 weeks atleast to make stool soft and easier to pass.
Next Steps
stop milk based diet along with maida products and include fruits and vegetables in the diet with good hydration. counceling and long term plan required.

High fiber and good water intake . You can use polyethylene glycol power pediatric sachet one once a day for 3 days
