Hard stool causing anal pain
I am 3months pregnant and suffering from hard stool irregular bowel movements from past 1 week. Due to which I am having severe pain in the anal area specially while sitting. It reduces after sometime but comes again whenever I pass stool.
I am trying sitting in warm water remedy.
What else can I do at home??

Pregnancy related hormone relaxes muscles of food pipe also, many pregnant ladies can sense that.. plz consult your gynaec doctor before starting anything ..
Check that are you having vaginal infection, Urinary symptoms also .. if it is like that consult immediately..
