Hard skin on feet and painful

Asked for Female, 43 Years

I have hard skin in my feet and it's painful what should I do i cant walk or stand for long time due to pain when i consulted a doctor they said to do surgery but i did surgery and laser before after that skin grow and pain in that area i had Plantar wart but when i touch that area i don't have pain but the hard skin is paining i have given picture i have drawn a line where i am having pain...
