Hard Skin like a wart

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I had been bitten by an insect a few months ago bwcause of which i got a swollen lip and rashes all over my body and a kind of swollen hard skin near my finger. The rashes and swelling in my lip subsided after taking allegra. But the hard skin still persists. How can i get rid of it?
