  4. Hard poop. (water). please guide me!

Hard poop.
My son is having hard stool, gas too , he is having all solids veg, non-veg milk fruits​ but still he is suffering with poop problem. Please guide me for this. What should I include or exclude from his diet. he drinks Very less fluid (water). Please guide me
