Hard Pimple
First picture is today's and earlier picture is it's first stage Which is two weeks back
I got this pimple even I'm using tablet's doxycycline and stopped in between as this is not showing any improvements
it's not going away could you suggest any ointment for this
I feel like picking out it and whenever I do so I get small died out brown colour substance which is kind of paper.
Whenever I touch it's paining.
Is there any thing which does reduce this big hard pimple.Now my body has lot of heat I got one more white pimple and I'm suffering from constipation also

It can be cleared..Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. You need to take proper treatment for this as you have oily skin...this is a nodulocystic acne...intralesional injection will reduce the size...if that's not possible, you should apply proper creams and take tablets... kindly consult online for proper assessment and treatment
