Hard mass bump on my head

Hello I have had two bumps on my head for year and a half,they are not hard or pus filled and doesn't hurt.one bump is in front of my head its oval in shape and a size of pea and the other is very small.i would like to know what are these and how to get rid of them. Thankyou
