Without any image of the lump you have mentioned it would be difficult to imagine what it could be? However if you have noticed it recently, it could be a ganglionic cyst of the hand.To be certain, consult with a general physician in your area.

Based on the symptoms you have described, it is difficult to determine the exact cause of the lump on your right hand. It could be a benign growth such as a cyst or a lipoma, or it could be a more serious condition such as a tumor. I would recommend that you schedule an appointment with me to have the lump examined. A physical examination and possibly imaging tests such as an ultrasound or MRI may be necessary to determine the cause of the lump. In the meantime, try to avoid touching or manipulating the lump as much as possible to prevent further irritation or inflammation. If the lump is causing significant pain or discomfort, you may want to take over-the-counter pain relievers such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help alleviate your symptoms. It's important to address any medical issues as soon as possible to ensure the best possible outcome. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
