Hard lump at Hip
I am having hard lump in the left hip side not painfull also can be felt only when touched. Last week i had injection near that place don't know its because of that or what ?

It is most likely due to injection. If you don't have local pain or redness, there is not a reason to worry. It should subside in few days. However if it grows in size or you have pain locally then you need to see some doctor nearby.
