Hard but mobile lymph nod
I have hard but mobile lymph nodes behind my left ear, they are not painfull or anything also they are not much swollen, also I have some white spots on the throat and suffer from an unknown kind of headache which recurs in months. The symptoms are from September 2015 I had a stiff neck. I have done several blood tests and thyroid tests too also a sinus X-ray. There was no abnormalities except a high level of some constituents of WBC. I am worried if it is mononucleosis or lymphoma.? Can you suggest or advice me about the following. I have attached a photograph of my throats showing those small whit lumps. Sorry for the bad picture quality. Thank you.

Upload CBC report. Get ESR, LDH, CRP (blood tests) done...as its more than 3 months without associated symptoms, lymphoma should be ruled out first.

First don't worry about that lymph node being a lymphoma as you said your initial tests are normal and it's very rare. There are many common things which can lead to an enlarged lymph node, most common being throat and ear infections. You need to be examined either by your family doctor or a general surgeon and then proceed from there. With regards to your headaches, try paracetamol first, then Naprosyn 250mg. If they are still recurring, inform your family doctor when you go to show that lymph node.
