Allergy tests to detect the allergen responsible for allergy and then use of very dilute allergen in injection form( also called immunotherapy) is done by some specialists. The standard treatment for your breathing problem should continue as per advice of your doctor. Never stop your recommended inhaler therapy while undergoing immunotherapy.
