What is these new symptoms of covid 19 is all about. I read in news paper that it can be seen those who have no covid symptoms. I HAVE also no any symptoms I get tensed thinking about it. How to know whether I am affected if yes then what are measures to be follow How to make it avoid to happen such things

DO A 6 MIN WALK TEST !! put o2 probe to your fore finger and walk with probe on for 6 min continuously... it your saturation decrease more than 5-10% normal Base line... then you are in danger... CHECK YOUR RESPIRATORY RATE ask your frd / partner / caregiver to check your RR without yourself knowing that your are being tested.. movement of stomach is better appreciated for RR .

Hypoxia is basically when your saturation is low . So just monitor your Spo2 daily , it should not be less than 94 . And don’t believe everything the news says

Its happening in patient who recovered from COVID, but whos blood levels still shows inflammatory changes. To avoid it just monitor your vitals regularly like bp, pulse and spo2.
