Happy hypoxia
Hello can someone pls explain how to detect happy hypoxia at home? Will a person be able to exercise rigorously if they are suffering from happy hypoxia? Also does hypoxia cause no other symptoms or always with mild cocid symptoms?

By 6 min walk test. If spo2 reduces more than 5,it is significant for hypoxia
