Hand swelling

Hand swelling

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have done loop ileostomy for recto vaginal fistula, it has been 1.5 months of the surgery. My hands got swelling and fingers did not bend due to pain. I have done lft, kft, crp and ra factor. Crp is 8.9 and ra factor is normal. Plz suggest what is this and what to do for this.
