Hand Swelling and blue and red colour

Asked for Male, 56 Years

My mother had undergone angioplasty 3 weeks ago and her hand was having swelling after angioplasty. After that medications are ongoing like tablets of brilinta, Ecosprin, insulin as mentioned in current medications. Her hand Swelling has reduced and those blue colour and red colour patches are also vanishing slowly alongwith the reduction in pain. I want to know the cause of this blue and red colour? I have attached the photograph of same. Is it normal or any serious indication? Kindly guide on this

Hello, This is nothing serious. During angioplasty blood leaked from the hand artery under the skin. It will vanish on its own within few days. Nothing to worry. Take care. Stay safe
