Can someone recommend me a liquid hand wash to get rid of infections. Also please tell me the reason?

Greetings.
Hand hygiene is an important routine of daily activity. There are various hand washes available in the market. It depends on your profession and why exactly you need it. For a hospital staff, it may be a different one than that has to be used at homes. It also depends on the skin sensitivity and if your skin tends to get dry after every hand wash. The best option is to select one which has a bit of moisturizing properties. For domestic usage, any of the available good brands in the market should be good. A simple hand wash under running tap water without any product is also very effective but neglected often.
