It is a self limiting disease.
Rashes will be there for 5 days then start decreasing. Marks can be there for 2 to 4 weeks.
Calamine lotion are for mental satisfaction for parents and has no role in treatment or stopping the spread of the rashes.
However can continue calosoft lotion, need not to do anything extra as there is no way to stop the spread. It will stop as virus start leaving the child's body and it will surely go
