I have suffering from Pain in hand during writing I think this is due to Hand distonia Please tell me Solution for the problem

This can be due to carpel tunnel syndrome. Get an xray wrist done to confirm. Take tab Zerodol-SP 1 tab 2 times a day for 5 days. Give rest to hand for a few days. Do not write. You can use a sling to hang your hand from shoulder. Use diclofenac gel to apply on hand.
