Hand cut marks
I cut my hand 4years back. From then I consulted many doctors and used different types of ointments but of no use. The mark is still there, may be due to deep cut there is small bubble type of layer formed. Please help and let me know if there is any solution to get rid of it or can I have a tattoo on it to cover? Please help

Laser is the best option for you. Once a scar, always a scar. We can only make it look better. You may have 60-70% of improvement.
Can also do another surgical procedure.
