Hamstring injury
Hello, I got a hamstring injury while bowling in cricket. There was a sudden pop and a high instense pain originated from a point on the hamstring below the buttocks. I was somehow able to limp through, but pain is persisting the moment I try to walk. I am able to take some steps though, but the pain becomes unbearable when the pressure increases on the injured leg. I have tried moov spray and ice compression in the past 4 hours and muscle feels stiff. Stretching a bit is fine, but a little more and pain increases. Any suggestion? Thanks & regards, Nrusinha
