It cannot be treated by just using Homoeopathic Medicine. It needs proper physiotherapy also. Consult and take proper homoeopathic treatment.

The main symptoms are bone deformity, pain and stiffness. The big toe deviates and pressurises the second toe. Prima facie it needs orthotic device for support, in the shoe.Treatments include changing shoes, padding the foot and pain medication. Cold compresses may give relief in pain. Protect the bunion with a gel-filled pad, which you can buy at a drugstore. Use shoe inserts to help position the foot correctly. These can be over-the-counter arch supports or prescription orthotic devices. Under a (Orthopaedic) doctor's guidance, wear a splint at night to hold the toe straight and ease discomfort.
Next Steps
However Homoeopathy may help in giving somewhat relief in pain.
