What does the half circle on nails indicate? On some fingers nail it is more in some it is very less. What does it mean?

According to Ayurveda & Acupuncture nails are secondary tissues of bones and as in acupuncture bones are under the control of kidneys. Tinnitus can also be because of kidney channel weakness. So in your case kidney channel needs to be corrected. for that you will have to consult some acupuncturist in your area.
