According to Ayurveda & Acupuncture nails are secondary tissues of bones and as in acupuncture bones are under the control of kidneys. Tinnitus can also be because of kidney channel weakness. So in your case kidney channel needs to be corrected. for that you will have to consult some acupuncturist in your area.

Hello are you suffering from any symptoms other than nails if not then don't worry if you are suffering any symptoms then do consult a doctor so that he will examine you thoroughly and prescribe you the medicines but daily morning walk will be sufficient if there is any deficiency of micronutrients in the body don't eat spicy foods don't eat late night and be happy
