HAIRY BODY
I'm 19, Male. I've got hairs all-over my body. Ive got hairy hands. I cannot afford laser treatment since it is way too costly. My hands are hairy when compared to others of same age. What's causing this? How to stop/control this? Does having a hairy hand mean something?

It's a genetic trait. It doesn't mean anything. You can undergo laser treatment later in life when you have the resources. Till then you can shave or trim the hair.
