It depends on why you have the hair fall(and if yes, is it more than 100 per day which makes it pathological). If it's chronic Telogen effluvium you might benefit. But if it's the beginning of male pattern hair loss then only this will not work. Now your question will be how do I know the reason for my hair fall? You will only know when you visit a dermatologist. Usually, according to my experience, people body end up wasting time trying all sorts of advise from all avenues(internet, friends family pharmacists) and in the end when nothing has worked and things have gone out of hand visit a dermatologist. So my sincere suggestion is visit one asap.
